OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES
SANFORD EVENT BARN ROOM RENTAL GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The Sanford Event Barn Room Rental Giveaway Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Sanford Event Barn (“Sponsor”).
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, owners, and immediate family members of Sponsor, and any individuals involved in the administration of this Sweepstakes, may not be eligible to participate.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time on July 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on September 30, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER
To receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, participants must:
• Follow the Sanford Event Barn social page;
• Like the official Sweepstakes post; and
• Comment on the post
All three actions must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period to qualify.
Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual will not increase the chances of winning and may be disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.
No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or win.
5. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a discount of up to One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) toward room rental fees at Sanford Event Barn (“Prize”).
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,500.
The Prize may be used toward:
• A wedding event; or
• A corporate event with a minimum guaranteed attendance of one hundred (100) guests.
If the room rental fee for the selected event is less than $1,500, no cash, credit, or refund will be provided for the unused portion of the Prize.
The Prize is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may not be redeemed for cash.
All food and beverage service for the event must be provided exclusively by Blue Rock Catering, the sole approved caterer for Sanford Event Barn.
Additional event-related costs, services, taxes, fees, deposits, upgrades, decorations, entertainment, and any expenses not specifically stated herein are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. WINNER SELECTION
Within a reasonable time after the Sweepstakes Period ends, Sponsor will review all entries and determine eligible participants.
Eligible entrants’ names will be placed into a random selection wheel, and one (1) potential winner will be selected by a random spin.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted through the social media platform used for entry or by other reasonable means determined by Sponsor.
If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the Prize, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
8. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By accepting the Prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, city of residence, and statements regarding the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, owners, employees, agents, representatives, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.
11. PRIVACY
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used solely for administering the Sweepstakes and related promotional purposes, subject to Sponsor’s applicable privacy practices.
12. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER
This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
By participating, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Meta, Facebook, or Instagram.
13. WINNER LIST
To request the name of the winner, send a written request to Sponsor within thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes ends at the address below:

14. GOVERNING LAW
The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
